ロック、ジャズ、ソウル、ヒップホップ、電子音楽、そして日本のポップスまで。長く聴き続けてきた作品も、新たに出会った作品も、自分なりの視点でレビューしていきます。

世間の評価や音楽史における位置づけも大切にしながら、自分の耳で感じたことを大事にしたい。

NOTES ON SOUND. is a personal music archive documenting the music I've listened to over the years, across eras and genres.

From rock, jazz, soul, hip-hop and electronic music to Japanese pop, I review both albums I've returned to for years and those I've only recently discovered, always from my own perspective.

While I value critical acclaim and each album's place in music history, I want to stay true to what I hear and feel.

I hope these notes lead someone to discover music they might not otherwise have found.
